Senior Technical Project Manager – IT/OT | Manufacturing Talent Partner: Rediflex AB Location: Oskarshamn, Sweden Onsite Role OverviewWe are looking for a Senior Technical Project Manager to lead IT deliveries supporting the transformation of the Paintshop and Press Shop in Oskarshamn.The consultant will act as the key IT counterpart for the production organisation, working closely with Production, Automation, IT and OT stakeholders. The role involves coordinating local and central IT teams and ensuring that business requirements are translated into effective IT solutions delivered on time, within budget, scope and quality expectations. Key ResponsibilitiesLead and coordinate IT activities across the assigned project portfolio.Own delivery plans, milestones, dependencies, risks and overall project progress.Coordinate IT/OT deliveries across multiple technical and business teams.Act as the primary IT contact for production stakeholders.Gather, analyse and clarify business and technical requirements.Drive stakeholder alignment between business, production, automation and IT.Support testing, implementation and go-live activities.Identify, manage and escalate project risks, issues and dependencies.Drive project governance, planning and progress meetings.Ensure successful implementation and business value realisation. Mandatory RequirementsProven experience as a Technical Project Manager in IT/OT environments.Strong experience managing complex IT projects within manufacturing/industrial production.Good understanding of:MESSCADAIndustrial AutomationShop-floor systemsProduction integrationsStrong stakeholder management across business and technical teams.Excellent communication, coordination and leadership skills.Professional proficiency in Swedish and English. Nice to HaveAutomotive manufacturing experience.Experience with large-scale production transformation/digitalisation programmes.Previous experience with Scania, TRATON or similar industrial organisations.
