Technical Service Engineer

Speeron is the leading technology integration partner to the hospitality industry, powering guest experiences through our cloud-based platform Speeron NEXT. We provide services for the complate guest journey from all guest communication needs and online check-in to in-room entertainment and TV distribution. Our customers range from large, leading hotel chains to independent hotels across all segments, throughout the Nordics and beyond. We're looking for a hands-on Technical Service Engineer to join our delivery team. The role has three parts: preparing and configuring equipment, installing and commissioning systems on-site at our customer premises, and providing ongoing technical support to our customers. What you bring:Fluent Swedish and English, spoken and written is a mustHands-on experience with technical installation and commissioning workCategory B driving licenseA strong sense of ownership and comfort working both independently and with customers on-siteWillingness to travel We appreciate: experience with networking (TCP/IP, Wi-Fi, DHCP/DNS), AV/TV or IPTV systems, or support tools.
