About the Role
As a Technical Support Representative, you will join our multilingual Technical Support team, who are the product experts to whom users, professionals and partners turn to when in need of help. You'll be the voice of Tobii Dynavox to our primarily English and French speaking users and partners, delivering high-quality technical support while learning our diverse product portfolio in depth.
Please note: This is a full-time, fixed-term (12 months) role, onsite 5 days a week at our office in Östermalm, Stockholm. Working hours are 8am-5pm (Stockholm time), Monday to Friday. The ideal start date is as soon as possible, no later than mid-December 2026.
In this role, you will
Assist customers, partners, and internal colleagues with any technical inquiries and supporting requests about our products.Build understanding of product features, functionalities and best practices, empowering users and stakeholders to resolve issues independently. Troubleshoot issues across our hardware and software platforms via phone, email, chat and remote desktop sessions, collaborating with developers and other stakeholders when necessary. Nurture and maintain strong customer relationships by demonstrating empathy, patience, and commitment to their success, whatever that looks like to them.

You're a team player who proactively supports colleagues, manages your own workload, and prioritises effectively in a fast-paced environment to ensure fast response times and high service quality.
You don't need to be an IT expert. What matters to us most is your curiosity about technology, willingness to learn, and passion to help others. We value any technical and troubleshooting skills as well as customer-facing experience you bring.

What We're Looking For
Experience in a customer-facing role, such as customer service, technical support, or product support, preferably involving troubleshooting in Windows or iOS environment.Proficiency in written and spoken English and French, with the ability to communicate fluently in a professional setting across channels in real time.Empathic approach and skills in problem solving and active listening to resolve technical issues while maintaining high customer satisfaction are required. Communication and collaboration skills to interact with tech-savvy people while making computer novices feel supported and understood. Experience with CRM systems, such as Salesforce, is a great asset.
Please note: This is a fixed-term role, and at the moment we're unable to promise a permanent position at the end of the contract.
