Technology Lead

Role OverviewWe are looking for a Technology Lead with strong Java development and production support experience to lead application development, technical delivery, and L2/L3 support within a telecom environment. Key SkillsJava, Spring Boot, Angular, MS SQL ServerStrong experience in L2/L3 Application Support and production issue resolutionExperience with ITIL, ITSM tools (ServiceNow or equivalent) and 24x7 operationsHands-on experience with monitoring & observability – APM, logs, alertsStrong understanding of SDLC, Agile, TDD, and Pair ProgrammingExperience in unit, integration, functional and automated testingApplication configuration, customization and integrationStrong experience in system design, development, code reviews and technical guidanceExperience handling critical incidents and on-call production supportStrong stakeholder management and communication skillsTelecom domain experience preferred ResponsibilitiesLead and deliver application development and technical solutions.Perform hands-on development, code reviews and provide technical guidance.Design, configure, customize and integrate applications.Develop and maintain automated, unit and integration tests.Troubleshoot critical production issues and provide L2/L3 support.Collaborate with technical/business stakeholders and global delivery teams.Support requirements gathering, solution design and system implementation.Participate in on-call and 24x7 production support activities. QualificationBachelor’s degree or equivalent.6+ years of IT experience.Strong communication skills and ability to work in a global delivery environment.
