Test Coordinator

We are looking for a structured and proactive Test Coordinator to support planningcoordination follow-up and reporting of test activities of software development atcomplete vehicle integration test level The role includes driving transparencymanaging dependencies and risks facilitating meetings supporting stakeholders andimproving test processes with a strong interest in AI enabled business improvementand process efficiency.Responsibilities Coordinate test planning and execution across teams Support test process development improvement and simplification Facilitate meetings and alignment forums Maintain an operational overview of ongoing test activities and dependencies Follow up on test progress deviations and reporting needs Coordinate cross functional collaboration between SW deliveries for Completevehicle teams Escalate risks blockers and dependencies when needed Drive transparency in test status priorities and decision points Support the use of AI and digital tools to improve efficiency reporting andways of workingEducationMust have Relevant technical education or equivalent work experience withinengineering software electronics embedded systems vehicle systemsNice to have Education or certification in test methodology project coordination agile waysof working systems engineering or similarExperienceMust Have Experience from test coordination test planning verification validation ortechnical project coordination Experience working with cross functional teams and multiple stakeholders Good understanding of test processes reporting follow-up and riskdependency management Experience from software hardware integration or larger technical systemsNice To Have Experience from automotive embedded systems HILSIL complete vehicletesting or system integration Experience with process improvement automation AI supported workflows ordigitalization of test reporting processes Experience facilitating meetings and driving alignment between technical andnontechnical stakeholdersLanguage English and SwedishPersonal Soft Skills Structured and organised Proactive and solutionoriented Strong ability to maintain operational overview Clear communicator who drives transparency Collaborative leadership style Good stakeholder management skills Comfortable coordinating across functions and disciplines Able to facilitate meetings and follow up decisions actions Confident in escalation management when risks or blockers ariseOther SpecificationsInterest in AI process simplification and efficiency improvements is highly valued.The candidate should enjoy improving ways of working and helping teams becomemore transparent coordinated and effectiveSkillsMandatory Skills : Agile (Value-Driven Delivery), Edge Embeded - C/C++, ProjectGovernance, Project Planning
