We are now searching for Test Leadto join our team in Tampere. Patria is undergoing a major business transformation, implementing a new SAP S/4HANA based ERP solution and associated business processes across the company. We are now looking for an experienced Test Lead to coordinate and lead testing activities on behalf of Patria and ensure the quality and successful validation of the new solution before deployment. In this role, you will act as Patria's Test Lead, coordinating business stakeholders, key users, process owners, and project teams across the organisation. You will work closely with the implementation partner's Test Lead to ensure effective planning, execution, and reporting of all testing activities across the programme. Your responsibilities As Test Lead, you will:Act as Patria's primary point of contact and coordinator for programme testing activitiesWork closely with the implementation partner's Test Lead to jointly plan, monitor, and govern testing activitiesCoordinate business participation in testing, including Process Owners, Subject Matter Experts, and Key UsersDefine and maintain Patria's testing plan, testing governance, and testing readiness activitiesCoordinate System Integration Testing (SIT), User Acceptance Testing (UAT), and end-to-end business process testing from the customer perspectiveEnsure that business requirements and process designs are adequately validated through testingManage testing scope, entry and exit criteria, defect prioritisation, and business acceptance processesFacilitate defect triage and resolution discussions between Patria business teams and implementation partnersMonitor testing progress, risks, and quality metrics and provide regular reporting to programme leadershipSupport deployment readiness assessments and go-live decision makingDrive testing communication, stakeholder engagement, and user preparedness across the programme What we expect from you We are looking for a structured and collaborative professional with strong stakeholder management skills and the ability to coordinate testing activities across a large transformation programme. You have: Relevant higher education degree or equivalent experienceSeveral years of experience leading or coordinating testing activities in large ERP, digital transformation, or business system implementation programmesExperience working with external implementation partners or system integratorsExperience coordinating business users and stakeholders during testing phasesUnderstanding of ERP business processes and end-to-end testing principlesStrong planning, communication, and facilitation skillsAbility to manage multiple stakeholders in a complex programme environmentFluent English and Finnish skills, both written and spoken The following are considered an advantage: Experience with SAP S/4HANA programmesExperience in manufacturing, defence, aerospace, or industrial business environmentsExperience with test management and defect tracking toolsUnderstanding of SAP Activate methodology or similar programme delivery frameworks What we offer At Patria, you will have the opportunity to contribute to one of the company's most significant transformation programmes.
