Test Manager

We are looking for a senior Test Manager. You will own the testing for a set of business flows and be trusted to run them on your own, in line with the ways of working the teams have agreed on together. Most of your time goes into making sure the testing across the teams pulls in the same direction: you set up the plan, define which scenarios need to be covered and keep the work moving forward. Now and then you will also step in and run tests hands-on. The weight of the assignment lies on verifying complete flows end to end and on acceptance testing, where you plan the work, write the scenarios and coordinate the teams involved, so that each flow is confirmed to work as intended before it is approved.Requirements Must have:Experience as a Test Manager, coordinating testing across multiple teamsExperience in E2E and acceptance testingExperience in test planning and writing test scenariosAbility to work independently and take ownership of assigned flowsTechnical testing experience, especially with formats such as XMLExperience from the banking sector, preferably within payments to enable quick onboarding
