We're offering full-time Transaction Analyst Intern roles on our finance team over 2026-2027, working directly alongside senior leadership on live debt financing transactions. The debt team consists of former investment bankers and private capital investors from London and New York. This is a fixed-term engagement (3-4 months) in Helsinki, offering exposure to the full lifecycle of a debt raise from early sourcing to negotiations, due diligence process, and ultimately through closing. Ideally, the first candidates can start as soon as possible over the course of the Fall 2026.

Your Responsibilities

Support financial modeling and related analyses for debt financing transactionsAssist with preparation of investor materialsContribute to due diligence processes and assist in guiding the work of the advisorsGet hands-on exposure to term sheet negotiation and deal executionWork closely with senior finance leadership on a real, active capital raising program

Your key competencies

Prior experience from investment banking, private equity, management consulting, or similar; previous experience from financial modeling is considered an advantage3+ years of academic studies in Finance, Industrial Engineering, Economics, Business, or a related fieldStrong analytical mindset combined with fluent communication skills in EnglishHigh attention to detail and mature judgementGenuine interest in AI infrastructure, capital markets, and corporate financeEntrepreneurial and proactive learner in a fast-moving environment, who is excited to scale up a leading European AI infrastructure player
