What We Expect
Role Scope
In the role of Transformation Lead Commercial Excellence, you will steer the Commercial Excellence workstream of Elevate, our group-wide transformation program, with a clear focus on accelerating profitable sales growth and elevating commercial performance throughout all Home Solutions markets.
In close partnership with country leadership and senior stakeholders, you will pinpoint opportunities within the markets, question established practice, and mobilize action across the principal commercial levers, among them product offering, lead generation, sales effectiveness (Lead-to-visit and Visit-to-Order), pricing, margin management, channel performance (B2B and B2C), and market expansion. Insights are converted into concrete measures, securing the delivery of measurable business and P&L impact.
The position provides substantial visibility with the executive team, together with a distinctive mandate to shape the commercial transformation agenda of TKE Home Solutions. Location is flexible in one of our direct sales countries and will be defined together during the hiring process.
Key Responsibilities
Steer the Commercial Excellence workstream within the Elevate transformation program by identifying commercial opportunities to accelerate growth, challenging current thinking, and driving actions through to measurable results.Lead strategic initiatives across key commercial value drivers, including sales effectiveness, pricing, lead generation, customer retention, and goto-market strategy.Own value realization end-to-end, ensuring initiatives translate into measurable P&L and EBITDA impact and addressing gaps between plan and actual performance.Conduct fact-based analyses to identify value creation opportunities, translate insights into actionable initiatives, and establish KPIs and governance mechanisms to enable data-driven execution.Partner with senior leadership to shape transformation priorities, challenge existing approaches, and drive cross-functional alignment and commercial best practices across markets. Manage multiple workstreams in parallel in a fast-paced transformation environment, setting priorities independently while balancing depth and speed.
Who we are looking for
Experience in top-tier strategy consulting and/or commercial transformation roles within a complex international business environment. Prior experience at a business owned by a Private Equity firm or within the accessibility industry is an advantage.Proven track record of driving commercial performance and delivering measurable business and P&L impact, delivered through a hands-on, results-oriented approach.Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to run multiple workstreams at once and translate insights into actionable business initiatives.Ability to influence senior stakeholders, challenge the status quo, and drive alignment across functions and markets through excellent communication in English; German language skills are an advantage.Collaborative and pragmatic team player who thrives in cross-functional environments and builds trust-based relationships to accelerate business impact.
This is a hybrid position with a 50% on-site requirement.
