With a strong focus on digital innovation and employee experience, the organisation is investing in modern technologies to streamline HR processes and enhance user engagement across its workforce.The Opportunity We are seeking an experienced UI/UX Workstream Lead to drive the user experience strategy and execution for a major HCM platform implementation. This role sits at the intersection of business transformation, technology, and design, ensuring that employee-facing solutions are intuitive, user-centric, and aligned with organisational objectives.The successful candidate will collaborate with business stakeholders, product teams, technical experts, and external partners to deliver a seamless and engaging user experience throughout the transformation journey. Key ResponsibilitiesLead the UI/UX workstream within a large-scale HCM platform project.Define and drive user experience strategy, design principles, and usability standards.Conduct user research and gather insights to inform design decisions.Translate business and employee needs into intuitive user journeys and experiences.Collaborate closely with business, HR, technical, and project teams to ensure alignment.Review and validate designs, prototypes, and workflows to ensure a consistent user experience.Facilitate workshops and stakeholder sessions to gather requirements and feedback.Champion user-centric thinking across the programme and influence key decisions.Identify opportunities to improve adoption, engagement, and overall platform usability. What We're Looking ForProven experience leading UI/UX workstreams within complex transformation programmes.Strong background in enterprise application design, preferably within HR or HCM environments.Experience working with large-scale system implementations and cross-functional teams.Expertise in user research, journey mapping, prototyping, and usability best practices.Excellent stakeholder management and communication skills.Ability to balance business requirements, technical constraints, and user needs.Experience working in international and matrix organisations is highly desirable.
