UKG WFM Developer
Job SummaryWe are looking for an experienced UKG WFM Developer to implement, develop, configure, integrate, and support UKG Workforce Management solutions. The ideal candidate will have practical experience with UKG Pro Workforce Management (formerly UKG Dimensions), UKG timekeeping, scheduling, and payroll/HR integrations.Key ResponsibilitiesDevelop, configure, and enhance UKG WFM solutions based on business requirements.Configure timekeeping rules, pay rules, work rules, attendance policies, and scheduling functionality.Develop and maintain integrations between UKG WFM and HR, payroll, ERP, and third-party systems.Work with UKG integration tools and APIs to support data exchange and automation.Support data migration, configuration changes, testing, and deployment activities.Troubleshoot technical issues, integration failures, and application defects.Collaborate with HR, payroll, business analysts, and functional consultants.Prepare technical specifications, integration documentation, and deployment plans.Support UAT, production releases, and post-go-live activities.Mandatory SkillsHands-on technical development or configuration experience with UKG WFM / UKG Pro Workforce Management / UKG Dimensions.Strong knowledge of timekeeping, attendance, scheduling, and workforce management processes.Experience with UKG integrations, APIs, interfaces, or data exchange.Knowledge of SQL, data mapping, and troubleshooting.Experience with testing, deployment, and production support.Preferred SkillsExperience with UKG Integration Hub, Boomi, APIs, or other integration technologies, depending on the project architecture.Experience integrating UKG WFM with Workday, SAP SuccessFactors, SAP HCM, or payroll platforms.Knowledge of European payroll interfaces, labor regulations, and multilingual or multi-country implementations.Experience with UKG configuration, reporting, and data migration.
