Right now they don't have enough research resource in the team, which means the work can only stretch so far and no one product gets the depth it deserves. They want to add a Researcher so they can go wider and dig deeper, and so the team can start covering far more ground than they are currently doing. Discover the roleYou will share the research load across several products and own the depth that has been missing. This is a seat for someone who does not wait to be handed a brief. You will spot where the real questions sit, shape the plans that answer them, and bring findings back in a way that moves decisions rather than sitting in a deck. A big part of the focus is testing AI products, so you will get close to things like the quality of what the AI puts out and how well an AI led onboarding flow actually lands with the people using it. Because the team is still taking shape, the seniority of this role is open. Where you land will come down to what you bring and how you want to grow as the function builds out around you.
