GlobalLogic Sweden is glad to invite Verification and Validation Engineers to an Automotive project in Gothenburg, Sweden. This job posting is a proactive search effort where we hope to be able to match you to a fitting assignment later on, as we continuously receive similar opportunities.

Our clients are Tier 1s and OEMs from Europe and USA and development is targeted to Automotive Solution what will be deployed in newest European cars.

Experience writing automated tests of embedded systemsExperience working with Vector tools such as CANoe/CANalyzer, CAPLExperience working with low level communication protocols such as CAN, LIN, EthernetBasic programming skills i C/C++Strong scripting skills in Python, CAPLSwedish or EU driver’s license and comfortable drivingMust be able to work fulltime onsite in Gothenburg You are fluent in spoken and written English

Experience working with testing on rigs like HIL, SIL, boxcar or full vehicle testingYou have skills in requirement review and test designYou have worked in a continuous integration environmentAutomotive industry knowledge with bus communication experienceYou have been working with system architectureCurious and passionate person with knack for problem deep-diveYou are an excellent networker and surely cross-functional with great communication skills

Job responsibilities

Job ResponsibilitiesCreate and maintain automated black box tests for automotive embedded software using Vector environmentPerform system fault tracing together with different knowledge groupsExtent and improve existing CI/CD infrastructure owned by teamParticipate in the requirement creation process ensuring that the requirements are testableSupporting the different work groups & stakeholders with joining the test sessions on the rig/boxcar/vehiclesWork in a highly empowered agile team that is responsible for creating everything from requirements and software architecture to deployment and test
