VP, Sales EMEA - Leading Global eClinical Provider – Remote UK/EU based.

We have a rare opportunity in a global organisation to lead the EMEA commercial strategy for a prominent player in Life Sciences clinical technology. Our client is a global, award-winning eClinical provider entering one of the most exciting growth phases in the sector. The business has exceptional foundations. With strong recurring revenue, 100%+ net retention and <1% churn, it earns long-term commitment from CROs, biotech and pharma. The upside, however, remains significant. EMEA bookings are up yoy, yet there is significant addressable market share available. With numerous CRO’s under MSA in EMEA, current utilisation presents major whitespace and a substantial earning opportunity. RoleReporting to the CEO, this is a critical commercial role in the business. You’ll lead European growth, drive strategic and enterprise customer engagement and partnership strategy, and deepen penetration across small, medium, and large CROs, which is central to the organisation’s growth strategy, as well as biotech companies. Leading strategy beyond sales, the role offers significant wealth-creation potential and a clear path for career advancement. Above all, this is a leader-coach role. You’ll inherit an established team and develop them into best-in-class strategic sellers into CROs and biotech companies by sharpening qualification, embedding sales methodology and equipping them to differentiate against both major platform providers and agile new entrants. You’ll also influence the global channel strategy and align Sales Ops, Marketing, Customer Success and Solutions Engineering behind one commercial engine. Key Responsibilities Lead, coach and develop an established EMEA team into best-in-class strategic sellers into CROs and biotech. Sharpen qualification, embed a proven sales methodology and equip the team to differentiate against major platform providers and agile new entrants.Own the EMEA go-to-market strategy and drive revenue and market-share growth against ambitious targets. Set account prioritisation, segmentation, pricing and enterprise deal structuring, with headcount growing as results warrant.Move CRO relationships from transactional, study-level work to multi-year enterprise partnerships across small, mid-sized and large CROs. Build executive-level relationships, enterprise account plans and QBR frameworks across priority accounts.Accelerate growth across key continental markets and embed rigorous pipeline discipline and forecasting accuracy across the region.Align Sales Ops, Marketing, Customer Success and Solutions Engineering behind one commercial engine, and influence global channel strategy, product direction and corporate planning. Profile Significant senior commercial experience required scaling markets in eClinical, clinical technology, CRO services or adjacent life sciences sectors. Deep credibility selling clinical solutions to CROs and sponsors.A proven leader-coach who raises performance standards, develops talent and builds a culture of ownership and excellence.Demonstrated success securing multi-year enterprise partnerships and expanding strategic CRO and sponsor accounts. Strong grasp of SaaS and platform sales, value-based selling and long-cycle enterprise deals.Strategically sharp and data-driven, able to shape go-to-market strategy and outmanoeuvre both large incumbents and regional competitors. Strong command of forecasting, pipeline discipline and commercial analytics.A collaborative, influential communicator with experience in global, cross-functional organisations spanning the US, Europe and APAC. Credible with senior decision-makers and comfortable representing the business in external forums.
