To be considered, you should:Be studying towards a Level 7, Level 8, or Level 9 qualification in a relevant Engineering or Construction related disciplineBe on track to graduate between June 2027 and June 2028Have a genuine interest in engineering, construction, and data centre developmentBe a curious and proactive learner who enjoys solving problems and turning ideas into realityDemonstrate strong communication skills, professionalism, and teamworkDisplay a strong work ethic, reliability, punctuality, and commitment to learning
