The RoleJoin a cross-domain team that automates manual work and streamlines inefficient processes across the organization. This isn't a purely technical role — it's about understanding how the business really works, spotting where time and value are lost, and turning messy, fragmented processes into simple, working solutions. You own the problem end to end: from the business need to a live, maintained solution.What You'll DoWork side by side with stakeholders to understand manual work, pain points and process gaps.Reverse-engineer fragmented or unowned processes to pinpoint the real problem.Design and deliver automation that fits the actual business context — workflow logic, integrations, data flows and simple internal tools.Connect existing systems and company data so information flows without manual effort.Define impact KPIs together with business and finance stakeholders, then measure the value delivered.Take solutions all the way to production — with the quality, monitoring and ownership to keep them running.Use AI-enabled and agentic development as a standard way of working. What We're Looking ForStrong process thinking: you grasp business problems quickly and turn ambiguity into something that works.A hands-on, end-to-end mindset — comfortable owning a problem from discovery to production.A solid technical foundation and the ability to move across code, data and integrations (Python and event-driven architecture on the backend, databases, simple UIs in Next.js / TypeScript). You don't need to be a deep specialist in all of these — but you should be confident navigating across them.Practical experience with, or genuine curiosity about, AI-enabled / agentic development.Care for quality: testing, observability and reliability.Comfort with ambiguity, shifting contexts and non-routine work. The Profile A "forward-deployed", PI-shaped person: broad enough to move across business, process, data and delivery, with the depth to go deep when it matters. Someone who thrives on variety, challenge and responsibility.
