Join our team of management consultants focusing on areas within: Strategy and Operational Excellence, Tech-Powered Business Transformation, IT Effectiveness, Risk and Compliance Management, Tech Sourcing Advisory, and Data Management & Architecture. The Young Professionals Program introduces talents to the world of management consulting in an exciting and efficient way.

It is a 1-year graduate program where you will work with, and be mentored by, Opticos consultants on client projectsA senior colleague will be your development coach to ensure your personal and professional growthYou will have the opportunity to travel to our two offices in Sweden for program courses, special events, and social activities. In addition, you will also go on a graduation trip to our office in IndiaAfter the program, you will continue your career with us as a management consultant

The program provides a combination of theory and practice where the theoretical part covers four areas:

Consulting Skills: Develop the essential skills that are expected of a management consultant, regardless of assignment or positionCase Studies: The courses provide case studies on current or previous client assignments where, for example, a digitalisation journey, sourcing, or IT strategy has been in focusAreas of Expertise: Introducing you to the business areas within Opticos – the expertise we offer our clientsMethodologies & Frameworks: Learn the fundamentals of understanding the methodologies and frameworks used by organisations today. Letting you quickly pick up the language and culture of the client

Graduate with a one- or two-year Master’s Degree within Business, Engineering, or similar fieldBusiness proficient Swedish and English skills

We recruit Young Professionals to our offices in Stockholm and Gothenburg with start in August 2027.
