Job Title: Network Excellence LeadLocation : East EuropeExperience: 6+ YearsEmployment Type: Contract should know Spanish language fluently Technical SkillsExpert-level knowledge of cloud administration and cloud infrastructure networking across major cloud platforms.Strong experience in reviewing customer network architectures and recommending scalable, secure, and cost-effective solutions.In-depth understanding of networking fundamentals, including TCP/IP, DNS, DHCP, subnetting, and network design principles.Proficient in routing and switching concepts, including routing protocols such as BGP and OSPF, and complex network topologies.Solid knowledge of network security, including firewalls, VPNs, security policies, and encryption technologies.Experience with load balancing technologies and traffic distribution strategies across applications and infrastructure.Strong understanding of Software-Defined Networking (SDN) in public cloud environments, particularly AWS, Azure, and GCP.Hands-on expertise with cloud networking components, including VPCs, VNets, NSGs, Transit Gateways (TGW), Internet Gateways (IGW), NAT Gateways, Load Balancers, Route Tables, and related services.Comprehensive understanding of VPN technologies, hybrid connectivity solutions, and BGP-based routing implementations.Proven troubleshooting capabilities across:Network routing and connectivity issuesSecurity Groups (SGs) and Network ACLs (NACLs)AWS IAM policies and permissionsAWS PrivateLink and VPC EndpointsHybrid cloud and multi-cloud connectivity challengesSoft SkillsCommunication: Excellent verbal and written communication skills with the ability to clearly articulate technical concepts and findings to both technical and non-technical stakeholders.Documentation: Skilled in creating clear, concise, and comprehensive technical documentation, architecture diagrams, operational procedures, and knowledge articles.Problem Solving: Strong analytical and troubleshooting skills with a structured approach to identifying and resolving complex technical issues.Stakeholder Management: Ability to collaborate effectively with customers, architects, project teams, and vendors to deliver successful outcomes.Continuous Learning: Strong commitment to continuous professional development and staying current with emerging cloud technologies, networking trends, and industry best practices.
