Account Executive

Enterprise Account Executive — Nordics You'll own new business and expansion across enterprise accounts in the following regions Sweden, Denmark, Norway & Finland. What you'll be doingBuilding a territory plan across the four Nordic markets and prioritising where the business goes firstSelf-sourcing a meaningful share of your own pipeline, supported by SDR and demand gen coverage.Running complex deals through buying committees of 10+ people, including procurement, security and legalWorking with SE through evaluation and onboardingForecasting accurately and keeping CRM updated.Feeding market intelligence back to product and marketing on what Nordic buyers actually need What we're looking for - Essential5+ years selling enterprise software, with at least 3 carrying a new business quotaProven track record in one or more Nordic markets — you know how these buyers evaluate and how long it genuinely takesComfortable self-sourcing pipeline rather than working inbound onlyBusiness-level English; fluency in a Nordic language [Swedish / Danish / Norwegian / Finnish] strongly preferredWilling to travel across the region 6 days per month.
