1.Tili is a Helsinki-based accounting and financial administration company working with Finnish entrepreneurs and international companies operating in or entering the Finnish market. Our clients range from small businesses to international companies and corporate groups. We work in Finnish, English and Russian and provide accounting, payroll, taxation, reporting and practical financial administration services. About the role We are looking for an Accountant to join our growing team in Helsinki. The role includes Finnish bookkeeping, monthly accounting, VAT reporting, payroll-related tasks, financial reporting and communication with clients. Many of our clients are international, so part of the daily work is also explaining Finnish accounting, payroll and administrative requirements in English. We are looking for someone who can work independently, take responsibility for their own clients and tasks, meet deadlines and communicate efficiently.
