Accounting Specialist

eBrands is looking for a full-time Accounting Specialist to join our Helsinki office. We specialize in expanding brands through our commercial network in the US, UK and Europe, from dominant and emerging e-commerce marketplaces to direct-to-consumer and major retail. Our platform enables local brand presence and a robust delivery network. Our portfolio includes over 50 brands and 1000 + products. We are now searching for a Accounting Specialist to join our growth journey. Location: Hybrid working model, with a minimum of 3 days per week in our Helsinki office Responsibilities:Processing incoming invoices, expense claims and paymentsTransferring sales invoices to the accounting system, monitoring overdue invoices, and supporting the Sales Team with invoice-related questionsProcessing and reconciling bank statementsAssisting with month-end and year-end closingMaintaining accurate master dataCoordinating the finance inbox and ensuring timely responses to internal and external stakeholdersHandling other accounting-related tasksSupporting the improvement of finance processes and ways of workingDepending on your experience and interests, the role may include payroll and more advanced bookkeeping tasksSupporting administrative tasks when needed Requirements:Bachelor’s or Vocational Qualification in Business Administration, business student, or equivalent educationPrevious experience in accounting or finance is an advantage, but we are also open to candidates who are at the beginning of their career and have a good understanding of accounting basicsCareful and reliable working style with good communication skillsFluent in English and FinnishExperience with Netvisor and payroll is considered an advantage Perks and benefits:Extensive healthcareA supportive environment to develop yourselfFlexible work schedulesFun and passionate colleaguesA unique opportunity to be a part of a truly international and rapidly growing company How do you apply?
