You'll join a rapidly growing Digital Manufacturing function supporting a global network of 40+ manufacturing sites and an operation delivering billions of medicines and vaccines each year. You'll help advance critical manufacturing technology beyond static systems and information repositories, towards AI-powered digital teammates that can reason, interact with information and support people in completing real work. What You’ll Bring5–10 years of total experience as a business-facing Product Owner or Product Manager.Proven track record of delivering enterprise-scale Agentic AI/LLM solutions.Elite ability to translate complex AI architecture into clear business language and manage high-variance readiness across global business units.Strong familiarity with agent frameworks, RAG, prompt engineering, guardrails, MLOps/LLMOps patterns, and enterprise integration patterns.
