Job Title: AI Data and Value ArchitectsEngagement: Full-timeLocation: Remote (German Time Zone)Languages: English fluentStart date: ASAPContract: 7 months + extension Responsibilities:• Analyze and assess value and business impact of agents / system• Evaluate and make dependencies between agents visible and drives & communicates continuous improvements to Agentic workflows in collaboration with the delivery and project teams• Collaborates with value analytical lead / IT / POs / System architects / Golden data set owners etc. to identify and prepare relevant data from ServiceNow and data lake• Lead Transformation value projects from POC, prototypes, ad-hoc analysis to execution• Ensures data availability, integrity, and quality for analytics and continuous monitoring• Understands and maps all source systems and their data flows end-to-end Desired Experience:• Understanding of and experience with customer support processes, business acumen• Experience of having implemented large scale AI and data projects• Expertise in AI, data science, and automation: SAP Business Data Cloud, Databricks and other technologies Let's connect for more details, please apply on the job post or send me your most updated CV on jdabaas@redglobal.com
