AI & Data Specialist

Lumene Group is the home of three Nordic beauty brands: LUMENE, CUTRIN and IDA WARG Beauty. We are looking for an AI & Data Specialist to support Lumene Group's data platform. You will work alongside our Data & Integrations Manager, who holds overall governance ownership for the data platform. You will develop and maintain our Power BI reporting platform and Power Automate flows, and code and configure Claude connectors across Lumene Group's systems, working independently within these technical areas. Location: The position can be based at our headquarters in Espoo or at our Stockholm office. Your key responsibilities include: Developing and maintaining Power BI semantic models and corporate reports, including DAX development, dataset certification and version control, in coordination with each dataset's business owner/key userBuilding and maintaining Power Automate flows that replace manual data extraction and handling across reporting and integration processesCoding and configuring Claude connectors (MCP) across Lumene's platform landscapeApplying platform governance standards: naming conventions, dataset/report architecture documentation, access management and data quality checksActing as the technical point of contact for dataset business owners/key users on platform-level issuesReconciling and validating measures across the source systems feeding the reporting platform What you bring2–4 years of work experience in a data, BI, or analytics role.Working, hands-on experience with Power BI (semantic models, DAX, report development).Practical experience with coding and configuring API/AI connectors (MCP or equivalent). Prior hands-on use of Claude or comparable AI tools is a plus.Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with attention to detail.Good written and spoken English.The ability to work independently while coordinating across a small, distributed team.
