About the roleWe're hiring a full-time AI Engineer to join our fast-growing team in Helsinki.We already serve 100+ industrial sites today, and AI is an everyday part of how we work. However, to allow maximal scalability, we want to take it to the next level. This requires going beyond individual productivity tools and agents towards robust, auditable AI-based systems that raise efficiency and quality across the whole company. As our first cross-functional AI Engineer, you'll report to our CTO, work with every team in engineering, operations and commercial, and fundamentally shape how we run as a company. Over time, the role can grow towards a senior expert role or closer to our product and software development team. Key responsibilitiesHelp teams get most of AI: Support teams in mapping and prioritizing areas where automation and AI can deliver most impact.Ship robust AI workflows that run without you: Create software that automates our most critical processes across operations, engineering, and commercial.Raise company-wide quality of AI: Contribute to best practices on how to utilize AI effectively and safely, while keeping the team up to date on AI development that matters most to us.Measure the impact: Measure real outcomes, such as time saved, fewer errors and how we scale customer sites per person, not just adoption.
