We're looking for an AI Product Owner to help drive the development, adoption, and continuous improvement of AI-powered products and capabilities across Azets.

In this role, you'll work at the intersection of business, technology, and innovation. You'll identify opportunities where AI can improve efficiency, enhance customer experiences, and unlock new ways of working. Working closely with stakeholders, engineering teams, and business leaders, you'll take ideas from concept to delivery while ensuring measurable business outcomes. The role is based on the existing Product Owner framework within Azets.

What You'll Be Doing

Own and deliver AI products

Translate business challenges and opportunities into clear product requirements, user stories, and acceptance criteria. Define, maintain, and communicate product roadmaps aligned with business objectives. Own and prioritise the product backlog for AI-related initiatives. Ensure solutions are delivering measurable value for colleagues, customers, and the business.

Drive innovation and experimentation

Identify opportunities to apply AI, automation, and emerging technologies across the organisation. Partner with stakeholders to define use cases, success measures, and desired outcomes. Support experimentation and testing of new ideas, learning quickly from results and feedback. Balance innovation with practical delivery and business impact.

Collaborate across teams

Work closely with business stakeholders, engineers, data specialists, and subject matter experts. Create alignment across multiple teams and markets. Facilitate product decisions by balancing business value, technical feasibility, risks, and dependencies. Champion user-centric thinking and continuous improvement.

Support AI adoption

Help drive engagement and adoption of AI-enabled solutions. Gather feedback from users and stakeholders to continuously improve products. Promote responsible and effective use of AI across the organisation. Contribute to product governance, compliance, and risk management practices.

Experience

What we're looking for

5+ years of experience in Product Ownership, Product Management, Business Analysis, or similar product-focused roles. Experience delivering digital products in agile environments. Experience working closely with engineering and cross-functional teams. Exposure to AI, automation, data-driven products, or digital transformation initiatives is highly desirable. Experience from BPO and Audit business is a plus

Knowledge

Good understanding of Generative AI, AI assistants, automation technologies, and their business applications. Familiarity with modern product development practices and agile methodologies. Ability to understand customer needs, business goals, and technical constraints. Awareness of responsible AI, governance, privacy, and compliance considerations.

Strong stakeholder management and communication skills. Excellent prioritisation and decision-making abilities. Analytical and outcome-focused mindset.
