- Experience working with business-critical 24x7 services• Experience troubleshooting applications or services using logs, monitoring and observability data• Experience with Incident Management and Problem Management processes• Good technical understanding of modern software and cloud-based services• Strong communication and collaboration skills• Fluent English, spoken and written• An on-call rotation is included approximately every 6 weeks.

- Experience from application support, SRE, technical operations, DevOps, or similar roles• Experience working with cloud environments• Experience supporting complex systems involving multiple services and dependencies• Experience working in Agile organizations
