Your Role

As an AR Accounting Trainee, you will support our Accounts Receivable team in day-to-day financial operations. You'll gain practical experience, learn from experienced professionals, and develop skills that are essential for a future career in finance. This is a part time role working 10-15hrs per week.

Bank statement processing: Booking and matching bank statements with sales invoicesReconciliation: Supporting AR reconciliation and clearing activitiesCustomer management: Assisting with AR customer creation and maintaining accurate recordsInvoice monitoring: Tracking overdue invoices and supporting follow-up actionsCredit notes: Creating credit notes as neededIntercompany invoicing: Managing intercompany (IC) invoicing and preparing IC summariesReporting: Supporting the preparation of reports for the statistical center

Education: Ongoing studies in Finance, Accounting, or a related fieldSkills: Strong attention to detail, good organizational skills, and clear communicationMindset: A positive, proactive attitude and eagerness to learn in a multicultural environmentSystems: Familiarity with accounting systems is an advantage, but not required
