What you will doAs an Associate Privacy & AI Governance Consultant - Life Sciences, you support international client projects and take responsibility for high-quality deliverables, legal analysis and client-facing work.Your responsibilities include:preparing and reviewing privacy and compliance documentscontributing to DPIAs and risk assessmentsanalysing data protection requirements in a life sciences contextreviewing study documents, information notices, privacy language and project-related documentssupporting DPO-related mandates and ongoing client workpreparing and partially leading client meetingspreparing presentations, reports and decision documentssupporting trainings and training materialsclearly documenting findings, risks and recommendationscontributing to the internal knowledge base and improving templates, methods and standardsusing AI-enabled tools to improve quality, efficiency and throughput You do not work in isolation. You receive review and feedback, but gradually take more responsibility for your own workstreams. What you bringYou should have a strong foundation in data protection applied to life sciences, as well as a background in law, compliance, data protection or a related field.Also important are experience in the life sciences environment, experience in client-facing consulting or stakeholder communication, strong professional English, high-quality written work, a structured remote working style, ownership and good judgement.Experience with AI governance, the EU AI Act, global privacy regulations outside the EU, medical devices, IVD, digital health or healthtech is a plus, but not mandatory.
