Company: InnodataProject: AI Speech Evaluation ProjectRole: Audio Speech Evaluator – ExpertEngagement: Freelance / Project-BasedDuration: 1-2 Month, ExtendableWork Mode: RemoteAbout the ProjectWe are looking for highly proficient English-speaking professionals from the UK and Europe to evaluate AI-generated speech and conversational responses through natural, unscripted conversations.Key ResponsibilitiesEngage in natural conversations with an AI system.Evaluate accent, pronunciation, fluency, tone, clarity, pacing, and naturalness.Provide clear, specific feedback based on project guidelines.Identify speech and conversational quality issues.Complete assigned tasks within required timelines.RequirementsNative or demonstrably native-level English proficiency.Strong conversational and listening skills.Based in your native country.Familiarity with natural English pronunciation and accent.Excellent attention to detail and written communication.Comfortable with 20–30-minute conversational sessions.Reliable computer, internet, headset, and quiet environment.Experience in speech evaluation, linguistic QA, AI evaluation, transcription, linguistics, or related fields is an advantage.AssessmentShortlisted candidates must complete a paid assessment before onboarding:Only candidates who pass the assessment will proceed to onboarding and receive payment for the assessment.Written Assessment: 25–30 minutes.DAP Assessment: Approximately 2.5 hours, involving AI conversations and detailed feedback.Candidates must submit at least 4 assessment jobs within 24 hours of receiving the assignment.Successful completion of the assessment is required for onboarding.Production TasksProduction sessions are generally 20–30 minutes and involve conversational interaction with the AI system followed by structured evaluation and feedback.
