We're looking for a solution and result oriented Automation Engineer to strengthen our R&D and offering team in Finland. As an automation Engineer your responsibilities are to execute new technology and products, testing, commissioning and training partners to Temet products and systems in Finland and globally The role requires travelling time to time around 30-60 days per year mainly in Europe and in Middle east.This position reports directly to the Head of R&D and Offering - Temet International in Finland.You will be part of the R&D and Offering team and report to the head of the unit in Temet International, in Helsinki. You will contribute to the execution of our growth strategy by securing innovation and ensuring to develop highly competitive products and to test and install them with the targeted quality, delivery and cost levels. Key responsibilitiesTemet automation devices development and testing.Temet products/system testing, FAT supervising and commissioning activities.Participation in field activities and customer trainings.Reporting & documentation of test and services.Collaboration with other project team members. Requirements to be successful in this role Education: M.Sc. or B.Sc. in automation or electrical engineering.Experience: 5 to 10 years of hands-on experience in development, service, testing or commissioning at machinery or building industry.Language skills: Fluent English, good skills in Finnish.Soft SkillsGreat communication skills and customer orientated attitude.Teamwork oriented.Strong organizational and time-management skills.Analytical and problem-solving skills.problem-solving abilities.capability to manage multiple project phases and stakeholders.
