Passive Safety Feature LeaderWe are looking for an experienced engineer with a strong background in automotive passive safety.Key responsibilities: • Take ownership of Passive Safety features throughout vehicle development. • Define and establish vehicle safety targets and requirements. • Propose and evaluate technical concepts and solutions. • Define verification and validation strategies. • Analyze and evaluate results from CAE simulations and physical testing. • Compile technical results and provide recommendations. • Work closely with design, CAE and cross-functional engineering teams.Your background: • M.Sc. or equivalent in Mechanical, Automotive, Vehicle Engineering or a related field. • Solid experience in automotive safety engineering. • Experience with Passive Safety functions/systems. • Experience in analysis, testing and evaluation. • Experience with CAE and physical testing. • Technical leadership or feature ownership experience is a plus. • Strong English communication skills. 🔹 2. Automotive Seat Design Engineer | CATIA V5We are looking for an experienced Seat Design Engineer with hands-on experience in automotive seating development.Key responsibilities: • Develop and modify automotive seat components and assemblies. • Create and maintain 3D models drawings using CATIA V5. • Support product development from concept through engineering release. • Perform packaging and interface studies. • Work with engineering changes and design improvements. • Collaborate with suppliers, manufacturing and cross-functional engineering teams. • Support design reviews and ensure technical requirements are fulfilled.Your background: • Degree in Mechanical, Automotive Engineering or equivalent. • Professional experience in automotive product development. • Hands-on experience with automotive seat design — essential. • Strong practical experience with CATIA V5. • Experience with 3D modelling, assemblies and technical drawings. • Knowledge of GD&T, tolerances and DFM/DFA. • Experience with engineering release and change management. • Good English communication skills. 📍 Important location requirementBoth positions are based in Gothenburg, Sweden. 👉 Candidates must currently be living in Gothenburg or the immediate Gothenburg area. 📩 Interested?
