Beauty Community Specialist

Beauty Community Specialist, Scandinavia Oriflame is looking for a Beauty Community Specialist to join our Scandinavian team based in Stockholm. As Beauty Community Specialist, you will play an important role in developing and engaging our Beauty Community across Scandinavia. Through onboarding, communication, training, community activations, and events, you will help create an inspiring environment where people feel connected, supported, and motivated to grow. You will work closely with beauty enthusiasts, creators, community leaders, and aspiring entrepreneurs who are building their own business with Oriflame, helping them engage with our community and get the most out of their journey with us. This is a hands-on role that combines community management, communication, training, and event coordination. It is ideal for someone who enjoys working with people, taking initiative, and turning ideas into meaningful experiences. What you´ll doDrive onboarding, engagement, and activation initiatives across the Beauty Community.Plan and deliver trainings, workshops, and community programs.Create and coordinate communication across digital channels and platforms.Build strong relationships with community leaders and drive local community engagement.Support the planning and execution of events, kick-offs, and conferences.Identify opportunities to increase participation, engagement, and community growth across Scandinavia. What we´re looking forYou are a proactive and organized professional who enjoys working with people and turning ideas into action. You have experience from community management, communications, customer engagement, retail, events, sales support, or a related field. You are comfortable coordinating multiple activities simultaneously and enjoy taking ownership from planning through execution. You also:Communicate confidently and build relationships naturally.Enjoy presenting, training, and facilitating both virtual and in-person sessions.Have experience working with social media and digital engagement.Thrive in a fast-paced environment with multiple ongoing activities.Are highly organized, solution-oriented, and proactive.Speak and write fluent English and Swedish. Experience in facilitating trainings, workshops, or community activities is considered an advantage.An interest in beauty, entrepreneurship, and community building is a strong plus.
