Your Impact

Within the Retail team, the Beauty Consultant – Fragrance Specialist promotes with passion the Dior Brand and Values. As a member of the Dior team, she/he demonstrates a Dior attitude at all times.

This role is crucial for achieving defined sales targets while promoting the brand image and providing high standard of service to our clients, with a focus on fragrance thanks to dedicated tools.

The holder of this position will work closely with various functional partners, including other team members (Beauty Consultants, Counter Managers, fragrance specialists, fragrance experts) and, when needed, with retailer’s staff or free-lancers.

Job responsibilities

SELLING DIOR

Conduct in store and/or remote selling activitiesSell Dior products by meeting our clients’ needs and providing a memorable experience through high standard of service to clients throughout the whole sales process, following the brand D.I.O.R. method:Initiate contact with customers and welcome them both on counter and through traffic-stoppingIdentify and understand customers’ needsPropose and demonstrate personalized product offers. Offer the right service and conduct it perfectly. Propose complementary products within category and cross category. Offer a global beauty approach.Communicate passionately and educate clients on the brand and productsAchieve retail sales targets (in store and remote) and contribute to counter KPIs on a monthly basisMaster Brand, Category and Competition Knowledge Client Experience And Management

Develop durable relationships with existing clients in store and remotelyEngage new clients to the brand, through genuine human interactionRegister clients’ data in the dedicated system and ensure reachability. Perform all CRM and clienteling activitiesLeverage Dior content and tools (Dior Connect & Ipos) to drive traffic, develop client loyalty and take actions

COUNTER OPERATIONS

Know and apply merchandising guidelinesRegularly monitor stock levels to ensure appropriate levels. Reports insufficient stock.Monitor shelves inventory and display new products when needed (only if applicable)Operate cash registers and close daily revenues (only if applicable)Carrie out all assigned operational and administrative tasksMaintain good relationships with retailersRespect corporate & counter rules (attendance, punctuality…) and Dior grooming guidelines

FRAGRANCE SPECIALIST SPECIFIC CONTRIBUTIONS

Provide memorable fragrance experience and advice to client as well as personalized consultations in store and remoteMaster Fragrance consultationsContribute to animate fragrance events in store or remotelyShare knowledge on fragrance consultation and selling skills to elevate teams fragrance skills The responsibilities outlined in this job description are subject to change based on the company's needs and ongoing projects.

Profile

Ideally, you would have previous professional retail experience in fragrance and/or service industry, ideally in the luxury (2 years at least / to be adapted locally).
