BMC Helix / Remedy Developer
### **About the Role**
We are looking for a **BMC Helix / Remedy Developer** to join our client and work with enterprise ITSM and workflow solutions.
You will configure and develop solutions on the **BMC Helix platform**, working closely with senior developers, architects and platform teams. This is a great opportunity for a junior developer with some Helix experience who wants to strengthen their skills in enterprise platforms, ITSM and automation.
### **Key Responsibilities**
- Configure and build **BMC Helix** components, including ITSM, Digital Workplace (DWP), Business Workflows (BWF) and Innovation Suite.
- Implement workflows, forms and request experiences.
- Support integrations between Helix and surrounding systems.
- Assist with bug fixing, testing and troubleshooting.
- Document configurations and technical changes.
- Participate in code and configuration reviews.
- Develop knowledge of **ITSM, ServiceOps and IT4IT**.
- Collaborate with developers, designers, architects and platform teams.
### **Requirements**
- **Hands-on experience with BMC Helix is mandatory.**
- Foundation in software development, configuration or low-code platforms.
- Interest in ITSM, ServiceOps and enterprise platforms.
- Basic understanding of **REST APIs and JSON**.
- Exposure to scripting or workflow automation is an advantage.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
- Good documentation skills.
- Collaborative mindset and willingness to learn.
- **Fluent English, both written and spoken.**
- Degree in Computer Science, IT or a related field, or equivalent experience
