Brand Project Lead (Maternity Cover)

LISA YANG is looking for a Brand Project Manager (maternity cover) to join the team in Stockholm. In this role you will be supporting the Brand Director in planning and executing various brand-related projects, from photo productions to printed matter and visual merchandising, as well as leading junior members of the team and external creative talent. Key ResponsibilitiesPlanning: Own the planning of the Brand department’s schedule. Plan the team members’ workload on a short and long-term basis, with strategic support from the Brand Director.Budgeting: Own, manage and continuously adjust the production budget, ensuring projects are delivered within budget while assessing how changing circumstances impact costs, timelines and overall project planning.Planning: Coordinate with the commercial teams to ensure that the creative projects and photo shoots align with product drops, collection size, etc.Project Management: Take primary responsibility for the planning, producing and post-producing of all brand-related projects and productions, such as photo shoots, print productions and showroom setups.Communications: Ensure the Brand Department has the information needed to plan and execute projects effectively, while keeping relevant departments informed of key updates, requirements and timelines related to Brand initiatives.
