OBJECTIVEOur Scandi IRS desk is looking for a Junior Broker specialized in SEK Interest Rate Swaps to join the team in Stockholm. The ideal candidate has a strong knowledge of financial markets and a solid understanding of interest rate markets and their underlying drivers. DUTIES & RESPONSIBILITIESDrive business development to expand services to existing clients and win new business Communicate proactively and regularly with clients to manage expectations and ensure client satisfactionMaintain and grow existing accounts, identify new key relationships and drive sales opportunitiesSuggest improvements to operational processes to make client servicing more efficient and scalable QUALIFICATIONS2/3 years of experience as an Interdealer Broker (IDB), specialised in SEKProven track record within a financial brokerage firmStrong interpersonal and presentation skills, with a proven ability to work in a team-oriented, collaborative environment and with a strong sense of organisation and autonomyFluency in English and Swedish; other languages are an asset WHY JOIN USThis is a great opportunity to join a successful desk staffed by experienced and well-regarded professionals.
