We are looking for a Business AnalystThis role goes beyond documenting requirements. The Business Analyst at Art of Spin acts as an extension of the Product Owners and Product Managers, transforming business needs into clear, structured, and delivery-ready requirements. The BA identifies hidden dependencies, risks, constraints, and compliance and security considerations while ensuring that all stakeholders share a common understanding of the expected outcomes. Key ResponsibilitiesBusiness Analysis and Documentation● Gather and translate business needs into clear requirements, user stories, acceptance criteria, business rules, process flows, and functional specifications.● Identify dependencies, risks, edge cases, constraints, and impacts on systems, data, integrations, reporting, compliance, and operations.● Define requirements for the game-provider back office, including game management, configuration, reporting, access control, and operational workflows.● Maintain accurate and up-to-date product, feature, process, and integration documentation. Stakeholder Collaboration● Act as a bridge between Product, Game Production, Engineering, QA, UX/UI, BI, Compliance, Security, Commercial teams.● Facilitate discovery workshops, requirement sessions, and solution-alignment discussions. Manage expectations and ensure a shared understanding of business goals, scope, responsibilities, and expected outcomes. Data Analysis and Performance● Analyze game and feature performance using GGR, turnover, active players, retention, engagement, and other relevant metrics.● Prepare analytical reports and translate findings into actionable product recommendations.● Define requirements for dashboards, automated reports, and alerts in collaboration with BI and data teams.● Evaluate post-release results and recommend improvements, reconfiguration, expansion, or discontinuation of features. Integrations and Certification● Lead business analysis for integrations with PAM platforms, aggregators, operators, and other third-party systems.● Document API contracts, data mappings, game-launch flows, transactions, error-handling scenarios, and platform-specific requirements.● Manage certification initiatives end to end, coordinating regulatory requirements, documentation, testing, findings, remediation, and approvals. Product and Gamification● Own initiatives from discovery and prioritization through delivery, release, and post-launch improvement.● Develop gamification features such as tournaments, leaderboards, missions, stories, social mechanics, progressive jackpots, and VIP/high-roller experiences.● Support game development in collaboration with Product Managers, game producers, mathematicians, developers, QA, and Compliance.● Define roadmaps, MVP scope, success criteria, and further product improvements. Required Skills and Experience● 3+ years of experience as a Business Analyst, System Analyst, Product Owner, or Product Analyst in iGaming, gambling, betting, fintech, gaming, or payment systems.● Proven experience gathering, analyzing, documenting, validating, and managing functional and non-functional requirements. Ability to translate business needs into clear user stories, acceptance criteria, use cases, business rules, process flows, and functional specifications.● Experience analysing integrations and documenting APIs, data mappings, system interactions, error scenarios, and dependencies.● Confident knowledge of BPMN and UML, including process, sequence, and activity diagrams.● Experience using AI tools or agents for business analysis, research, documentation, data analysis, or workflow automation.● Good understanding of software architecture concepts, including front-end, back-end, databases, APIs, and system integrations.● Understanding of product metrics, feature economics, hypothesis validation, and A/B testing principles.● Understanding of the software development lifecycle and Agile delivery practices, including Scrum and Kanban.● Experience working with cross-functional teams such as Product, Engineering, QA, UX/UI, BI, Casino, DevOps, Compliance, Security, and Support.● Strong stakeholder-management skills and the ability to challenge unclear requirements constructively.● Structured analytical thinking, attention to detail, and the ability to communicate complex information clearly and concisely.● Confident use of Jira and Confluence.● English proficiency at B2 level or higher. Will Be a Plus● Experience with gamification, tournaments, leaderboards, loyalty programmes, jackpots, live-ops, or VIP/high-roller mechanics.● Experience supporting game certification and understanding compliance, audit, security, responsible-gaming, and licensing requirements.● Hands-on product analytics experience, including A/B testing, cohort and retention analysis, and feature-performance evaluation.● Familiarity with game mathematics, including RTP, volatility, probabilities, and jackpot or prize-fund economics.● Understanding of APIs, databases, event-driven architecture, third-party integrations, and system data flows.
