Business Analyst Location: Solna, Sweden Languages: Swedish & English Role Summary:We are looking for an experienced Business Analyst / Requirements Analyst to support the Product Owner and development team within Digital Services. The role focuses on requirements management and backlog development for a new solution handling financial flows for Logistics, Assortment & Purchasing. Key Responsibilities:Capture, analyse and document business requirements.Break requirements into Epics, Features and User Stories.Support Product Owner with backlog prioritisation and refinement.Conduct stakeholder workshops and process mapping.Ensure requirements are clear and development-ready.Collaborate closely with business stakeholders, Product Owners and developers.Apply and promote AI in software development. Mandatory Skills:Business Analysis / Requirements Analysis experience.Agile/Scrum/Kanban experience.Strong Requirements Management skills.Jira or similar backlog management tools.Process Mapping & Workshop Facilitation.Excellent communication between business and technical teams.Experience with AI in development.Swedish and English.
