Business Controller FP&A

Nordisk Renting is a leading Nordic provider of long-term asset financing solutions. They are now looking for a commercially minded Business Controller to join their FP&A team and play a key role in supporting management with insight, analysis, and strategic decision-making.
In this highly visible role, you will work with financial performance reporting, budgeting, forecasting, and business analysis across the Group. Acting as a trusted finance partner to senior management and customer teams, you’ll help drive performance and identify opportunities for growth.
You will also lead Finance's involvement in transaction processes, providing financial analysis, business case evaluation, and decision support throughout the transaction lifecycle.
We Are Looking For Someone With
Around 5 years' experience in Business Control, FP&A, or a similar analytical finance roleStrong skills in financial analysis, forecasting, budgeting, and modellingA commercial mindset and the ability to translate data into actionable insightsExperience working closely with senior stakeholdersA degree in Finance, Economics, Engineering, or a related field
Experience from banking, leasing, asset finance, real estate, or financial services is advantageous.
