About the job The Interior Team is now searching for a consultant for a Category Buyer position. The candidate need to be genuinely interested in business optimization, problem solving, cross functional collaboration as well as personal and team development. You want to make a difference for the team and the company in everything you do. You are proactive, inclusive, persuasive, humble and driven. You strive to see the whole picture while understanding the importance of attention to detail. You own and drive your business in close collaboration with your local and global buyer colleagues, Global Category Manager and a multitude of stakeholders throughout the automotive company and at your suppliers. What you will do Negotiation of cost consequences connected to technical changesHandling of supplier capacity constraintsSupplier financial claim handlingSystem updates and administration,Price price gap analysis and negotiation to bring cost down in running productionHandling meetings with internal and external stakeholders to solve any problems that might arise during project or running business. You enjoy working in a dynamic and often challenging environment with highly motivated and supportive colleagues who all strive to make a difference. As a Category Buyer you benefit from having a Bachelor degree or similar within economics, administration or technology. You need to have an analytical and structured mindset and good planning, prioritization and communication skills.
