CEX BD Leader (French/ German/ Spanish Speakers)

Job Responsibilities:Formulate and execute aggressive growth strategies for the futures business to drive regional trading volume and user acquisition.Source and sign top-tier crypto KOLs, YouTubers, and community leaders to establish deep rebate-sharing partnerships.Build a robust affiliate network and leverage existing resources to onboard high-net-worth VIP traders.Build, mentor, and manage a high-performing regional BD team driven by clear KPIs.Monitor competitor dynamics and gather user feedback to help optimize futures products and user experience. Job Requirements:3+ years of CEX Business Development experience with a mandatory focus on crypto futures/derivatives. Someone with less experience would considered as Senior BD Manager.Proven ability to source, evaluate, and convert channel resources into measurable trading volume and revenue.Deep understanding of derivative trading logic, futures traffic growth strategies, and commission/rebate systems.Strong network in North America, United Kingdom, and Europe.Strong team management mindset, negotiation skills, and adaptability to a fast-paced environment.Excellent communication skills in English is required.
