Change Management Consultant - Czech Speaking

We are looking for an experienced Management Consultant to support a large-scale transformation and change management programme across factory operations. The role will initially focus on stakeholder analysis, change impacts and business readiness, followed by hands-on change planning and execution during the 2027–2028 rollout. Duration - 2 years + extensionsLanguage - Czech and english Key ResponsibilitiesIdentify impacted groups and conduct stakeholder analysis.Assess and document change impacts across factory operations.Define and coordinate business readiness activities.Adapt the Change Management approach to the needs of the Czech factories.Develop and execute Change Management plans using Prosci methodology.Engage local leaders, Super Users, Change Agents and Business Process Leads.Assess change readiness and define mitigation actions.Coordinate communication around new processes and ways of working.Work closely with local, regional and international stakeholders throughout the transformation. Key RequirementsProven experience in Change Management / Management Consulting within transformation programmes.Fluent Czech and English, both written and spoken.Strong stakeholder analysis, engagement and relationship management skills.Experience assessing and communicating business change impacts.Strong workshop facilitation, communication and presentation skills.Ability to understand change from both end-user and leadership perspectives.Pragmatic, execution-focused approach within complex, cross-cultural environments.
