We are looking for a Chief People & Transformation Officer to join Solita’s Group Leadership Team and lead our Group People & Culture agenda. Solita is entering a new phase of growth and renewal. AI is changing our industry, the consulting market and the way expert work gets done. Customer needs are evolving, and the capabilities we need are evolving with them. As our business evolves, so do our organisation, leadership and capability needs. We want P&C to play an active role in shaping this change together with the business. What you will do As a member of the Group Leadership Team, you will contribute to Solita’s business direction. At Solita, people leadership belongs to the business, with P&C bringing expertise and perspective to help leaders shape and lead their organisations. We have built a strong foundation over the past years: a stronger HRBP model, common job architecture and competence framework, shared HR platforms and a renewed Leadership Manifesto. Our next step is to build on these foundations and make P&C an even stronger partner in shaping how Solita evolves. In practice, you will: Make people and organisation an integral part of business transformation. Partner with the CEO, Group Leadership Team and country leadership to bring these perspectives into significant business changes from the beginning.Bring people and organisational insight into business decisions. Help leaders anticipate what changes in our strategy, customers, markets, technology and AI mean for leadership, capabilities, workforce and organisation.Raise the impact of P&C across Solita. Work with our country P&C teams to strengthen business partnering capabilities and develop how Group and country P&C work together.Shape and lead our future P&C agenda. Develop our shared capabilities, expertise and practices where they create the most value for the business.Build a more forward-looking approach to capabilities, workforce and performance. Connect business direction with workforce planning, talent acquisition, staffing, upskilling and reskilling, while strengthening performance and accountability.Turn people and capability data into better business decisions and support organisational development and people integration as Solita grows organically and through acquisitions. What we are looking for We are particularly interested in people who combine business and leadership experience with strong expertise in people, organisational development and transformation. Experience in consulting, professional services or a similar business environment would be valuable, but we are open to different career paths. We believe you will succeed in this role if you: understand business and can advise and challenge senior leaders on the people and organisational implications of business transformationhave experience leading, changing or scaling organisations, businesses or operating models, and enjoy turning direction into practicebring strong people and organisational expertise and can lead Solita’s Group P&C agenda while developing the impact of P&C across our countriesactively engage with how AI is reshaping consulting and expert work, and have a point of view on what this means for our business, organisation, workforce and future capabilitiesshare our values – caring, courageous, passionate and easy-going – and understand what makes Solita’s culture unique, while being ready to help it evolve as we grow We don’t expect one person to tick every box or to have followed a particular career path.
