Civil Works Quality Manager - Relocation to Sweden

Melt Group is looking for a Civil Works Quality Manager on behalf of a major multinational engineering and steel-making company. Main ResponsibilitiesDefine, implement, and monitor the quality management plan for civil works throughout all phases of the photovoltaic plant construction.Verify compliance of civil works execution with project specifications, technical drawings, and applicable regulations and standards.Carry out inspections and quality audits on construction sites, identifying non-conformities and coordinating corrective actions.Review and validate technical documentation related to civil works (foundations, roads, drainage systems, fencing, etc.).Collaborate with the site management team, contractors, and subcontractors to ensure quality standards are met.Prepare quality reports and documentation for internal teams and external stakeholders.Interface with clients, suppliers, and other project stakeholders on quality-related matters. RequirementsDegree in Civil Engineering or equivalent technical qualification.Proven experience in quality control/quality assurance for civil works.Experience in the construction sector, preferably within photovoltaic or renewable energy projects.Familiarity with construction materials, methods, and civil engineering fundamentals.Knowledge of AutoCAD and the Microsoft Office suite.Willingness to travel for site inspections. Soft SkillsStrong motivation and sense of responsibility.Precision, flexibility, and ability to work within a team.Fluent knowledge of the English language.Previous experience with large-scale infrastructure or energy projects is considered a plus.
