We are now looking for a Cleanroom Operator to join our advanced packaging and testing team in Jätkäsaari, Helsinki. Job descriptionIn this role, you will contribute to the production of key components for the ATLAS and CMS experiments at the Large Hadron Collider (LHC) at CERN, supporting some of the world's most advanced scientific research projects. What you will do Perform Precision manufacturing and assembly tasks in a cleanroom environment Follow detailed process instructions, quality procedures, and safety guidelines Carry out inspection, testing, and documentation related to production activities Ensure high product quality and maintain cleanroom standards Contribute to efficient and reliable manufacturing operations What we are looking for: Required Qualifications and SkillsExperience working in a cleanroom environment Ability to perform precise, detail-oriented work independently Strong fine motor skills and excellent hand-eye coordination Production-oriented Mindset with exceptional attention to detail Ability to learn new processes quickly and work proactively Strong commitment to quality, safety, and risk minimization Good communication and documentation skills in English Good IT skills, including Microsoft Office and ERP systems We Also Appreciate Experience working with semiconductor devices or Microelectronics High level of professionalism and work ethic Positive attitude and open-minded approach to teamwork Relevant educational background, such as B.Sc. degree, technician qualification, laboratory technician qualification or other relevant technical education What We Offer An opportunity to work in a high-tech and rapidly growing company Participation in world-class scientific projects with global impact A supportive and international work environment A diverse team of approximately 20 professionals representing 10 different nationalities Excellent employee benefits, including lunch benefit, extensive Occupational health insurance, and additional perks Comprehensive onboarding and support for success in your role This is a 6-month fixed-term contract, 37.5h/week (occasional shifts between 7:00–19:00).
