THE ROLE

At Haypp Group, we’re evolving our IT environment to be smarter, faster, and more secure across multiple cloud platforms. We’re looking for a Cloud Engineer with strong IAM knowledge to help us build, manage, and improve secure cloud solutions across Microsoft Azure, AWS, and Google Cloud Platform.

This role is ideal for someone who combines solid cloud engineering experience with a strong understanding of Identity and Access Management, federation, and cloud security. You will play a key role in strengthening our multicloud environment, improving secure access across platforms, and helping us build scalable and future-ready ways of working.

As a Cloud Engineer at Haypp Group, you will work hands-on with our cloud platforms and identity landscape. You will:

Design, build, and maintain secure cloud solutions across Azure, AWS, and GCPStrengthen our IAM and identity provider strategy, especially around integrating Entra ID with AWS and GCP for SSO, MFA, and unified accessImplement and improve identity federation, access governance, and role-based / least-privilege access models across cloud platformsManage and improve access for users, groups, applications, and workloads across internal and third-party servicesDrive cloud and IT projects that improve scalability, compliance, resilience, and securityAutomate repetitive tasks and cloud workflows using tools such as PowerShell, Python, Bash, Terraform, or similarPartner with internal stakeholders to integrate new SaaS applications and cloud services with secure authentication and access controlsMaintain and improve documentation, operational routines, troubleshooting guides, and disaster recovery playbooksMonitor cloud environments, support audits, and help implement best practices for security, compliance, and operational excellence

What We're Looking For

We’re looking for someone with strong hands-on cloud engineering experience and a clear understanding of IAM in modern cloud environments. We believe you have experience with:

Azure, AWS, and/or Google Cloud Platform, ideally with solid exposure to at least two of themIAM, SSO, MFA, and federation across cloud platformsEntra ID / Azure AD, AWS IAM, and ideally Google Cloud IAMIdentity and authentication protocols such as SAML, OAuth2, and OpenID ConnectIntegrating cloud platforms and SaaS applications with central identity providersScripting and automation for provisioning, reporting, and operational improvementsWorking with cloud security principles such as least privilege, conditional access, and Zero TrustCommunicating clearly with both technical and non-technical stakeholders

Terraform or other infrastructure-as-code toolsWorkload identity and service-to-service authenticationIT service management and asset management in multicloud environmentsCompliance or security frameworks such as ISO 27001, NIST, GDPR, NIS2, or DORAMicrosoft 365, Google Workspace, SharePoint, or similar workplace platformsRelevant certifications in Azure, AWS, GCP, or Microsoft 365
