What is needed in this role
Bachelor's or master's degree in computer science or relevant experience10+ years of experience in system development & related toolsProven track record within relevant programming language such as Mainframe, DB2, Cobol & SQL coding skillsExperience working with modern development tools, including IBM Developer for z/OS (IDz) and Visual StudioExperience in analyzing and optimizing DB2 databasesStrong interest in leveraging AI to enhance efficiency, optimize processes, and improve productivity.IMS knowledgePositive attitude towards continuous improvement and learningEnjoy working in teamsProactivityAnalytical skills and experience within the Lending area combined with a technical understanding,Understanding of working close to data, databases and file deliveries and using tools such as SQL.You are great at time management, prioritization, planning and information structuring.You are curious, driven, proactive, self-organized and an analytical problem solver with a desire to improve and comfortable solving complex tasks.You are social and communicative both in written and in oral in both Swedish and EnglishWilling to cooperate with different counterparties.
It would be beneficial if you have/are
Hands-on experience with AI-assisted development tools, including Claude Code and similar solutionsFull Stack & experience with product and loan systems is seen as a big advantageExperience with working with Lending systemExperience of working agileConfident in leading interpretations of upcoming regulations and market standards.Experience in design and architecture as well as leading more complex initiatives is a big plusExperience from business analysis, functional & non-functional requirements and testing.Knowledge on lending processes and background preferably from the local branches or lending support
