RequirementsHave strong relevant experience in the domain of contract drafting and negotiation.Working knowledge of standard commercial agreements, including MSAs, lease agreements, IP and marketing contracts.Strong written and verbal communication skills, with attention to clarity and accuracy in contractual language.Demonstrated ability to create or adapt legal documents for practical, real-world scenarios.Experience with remote collaboration and delivering assignments autonomously.
