The Role And Who We Are Looking For

We are looking for a Compliance Officer who can manage a broad range of legal and regulatory matters and become part of a small, well-functioning Legal & Compliance team.

Role

The role is business-oriented and combines compliance work with legal advisory in an international context. You will work closely with the business and contribute to:

Governance, Maintenance and development of fund documentation and the internal framework, Projects and training, Reporting on compliance matters to senior management and the Board of Directors Communicate with supervisory authorities.

We believe that you have

Master of Laws degree or equivalent university-level legal qualification About 2–5 years of relevant professional experience from a fund management company, bank, securities firm, insurance company, financial supervisory authority, business law firm and/or equivalent organisation Experience in financial regulation Excellent written and spoken communication skills in both Swedish and English Strong Microsoft Office skills

It Is Meritorious If You Have

Experience with compliance tools, document management systems or legal databases Experience using AI tools such as Legora, Claude or Copilot Experience working with international compliance matters Basic knowledge of economics or finance
